Sign-ups are extended through Friday. It's not too late! I'm excited about the group signed up, but I'd be even MORE excited if a few more of my old Snupin pals came out of the woodwork for this one. :) No guilt intended, and I know many of you have moved away from Snupin or HP, but if you're considering it at all, come join me! Hey doll, I saw you signed up over there. Not signing up myself but I wanted to let you know that if you need a beta, I would love to give you a hand with that. (Then at least I can feel a little bit involved in the fest as well as get to see what kick-ass fic you come up with even before it's posted.) XD

Ohhhh.... I am so tempted. I've enjoyed reading this fest, and Snupin is my original pairing, but deadlines are not my friend and I would hate to miss in an exchange situation. Otherwise, I'd be all over it.

I read over the prompts, and while a few things looked good, several terrified me. My Fantasy Fest is killing me, and I choose the prompt on that one! I just seem to be brain-dead lately.

Aww, YAY! I will totally take you up on that. I'm signing up with the plan of writing something non-epic, so it should be a mellow beta. Chart is still willing to look over my stuff when I occasionally write it, and between the two of you, I'm So Set. :)

I totally understand the deadline thing, although for me right now, a deadline is all that gets me to finish (eyes Fantasy Fest deadline, gets back to the last scene of fic...) Heh. Sounds like you might be reading the fest, though, and that is just as important!

Yeah, prompts. Yikes. I've noticed a trend towards some very general prompts this year, which is what got me to sign up, because it seemed most people left an out if you can't write their super specific prompts. But still, scary.
Oh, good luck with Fantasy Fest. *pets* I have one big scene left to write on mine (and it will only be about 2000 words I think, but still has taken me weeks and weeks) so I feel the pain.

I've put the FFfic aside for the moment, but I do try to at least re-read once every couple days - sometimes getting away from it is good - gives a fresh perspective. I do have another Snupin fic that's driving me nutzo with glee; the bunny has bitten hard on it, but I'm not holding my breath for too long with that biotch of a Muse ;o)
