I hoped that the characters would come through and make sense and I agonized over casting for weeks when I started this, so this comment *thrills* me. Act II will be up tomorrow (fussing with the final edit right now). I've always loved Twelfth Night because everyone gets so thorougly put through the wringer, as you noted, and I love that.
