*sigh* I have office hours tomorrow, and classes all evening, but I'm still sitting up past my bedtime, because I just had to read the end! And yes, it was absolutely worth it. :-)

Everything is concluded very well, and there are plenty of wonderful little moments here: Snape's pain at Harry's mooning over "Bill", Bill's revenge on his siblings, and the Snupin is very moving. I adore the 'unmasking' scene, and Snape's response to Lupin's Shakespeare quote is just priceless.
As to the major change, I think it's a good one. It would stretch belief that Bill would really be Harry's soul mate, when the only true interaction they've had is one night of vigorous shagging. Draco may have been a pill, and he made for an amusing fool, but he also proved the depth of his devotion to Harry by putting up with all of the 'guidelines', so it's good to see Harry recognize that.
