Okay, this is ridiculous.

I have low tolerance for heat, hence, I am a resident of the Pacific Northwest.
Where we have no air conditioning, because, why bother?
I cannot do 95+ degrees all week. I simply can't. You hear that, weather?? I CAN'T. *melts*

I'd go down to the local air-conditioned book store right now and sit there browsing, except that the idea of getting in my no-air-conditioning oven car to drive the three minutes sounds so horrific that I can hardly stand it.

What? I should go anyway? You are right. *tries to move*

I loathe the heat.

ETA: I'm not just whiny- apparently Wednesday might be the hottest day EVER here. Good grief.

I know this one! A church on Santorini, right?

I scrolled through your pictures, and what a lovely, lovely trip! Many years ago, I went to Athens, Delphi, and a couple places in the Peloponnese (Nafplion, Epidaurus, Sparta, Mystra, and Corinth)--no islands, no Meteora, sadly--and I've always wanted to go back. Preferably not in March. (I think I was about as cold as I've ever been indoors while staying in an unheated hotel in, appropriately, Sparta.)

I would love to the IMAX, but I am in Extreme Dissertation Lockdown--my partner has strict instructions not to let me out of the house until...well, until more dissertation is done. Have fun! And I want to join you next time. M.

Santorini, yes! I'd rather cold than hot, but given the opportunity, I'd go anytime.

Ooh, I think they make one of my favorite beverages in your town. Pretty area; I have a friend who lives about 35 miles south on that road that goes south there.

Next year? There are two more HP movies to come!
