A/N: I think I am working out some of my home life issues in this fic. Sorry. ;) Also, I never write this pairing, so it was quite an adventure to try it out. Eep.
“I don’t think that will work…”
“I know what I am doing.”
“It’s more delicate than…”
“Potter, if you know anything about me at all, you know that I understand things with a delicate nature. Potions, hexes. You.”
“I’m not trying to insult you, I just don’t think magic will…Wait, I don’t have a delicate…”
“Your sniveling over this infernal machine tells me otherwise.”
“Severus, there are Muggles who spend their entire lives obsessed with the repair and upkeep of computers. I want to take it in to one of them. Now.”
“Nonsense. This will be functional in moments.”
“You don’t even use the thing. It is my computer. In fact, last week, as I recall, you cursed it for existing and threatened to blast the keyboard to bits. I’m not confident you are the most trustworthy person to repair it.”
“You think I would sabotage your precious time-waster?”
“Yes. I do.”
“Hmm…perhaps you do know me well after all.”
“Severus…”
“Let me just try one…reparo! Well… that does not seem correct.”
“No. It’s not. Smoke is a bad sign, Severus.”
“You wish to take this in for repairs?”
“Yes.”
“Perhaps that would be best.”
“Thank you.”
“Potter?”
“Yes?”
“While it is gone, perhaps you will have more time for other, less intangible distractions.”

“Yes?”
