I saw that Onion article, too! Why is it so funny? I laughed out loud but couldn't quite put my finger on it, analytically.

Ha! I think that article is so funny because it hits on a truth-- no one seems to think about gay sex more than socially conservative straight men. Well, except for gay men, I suppose. :) Or me. Or...anyway.
Alongside all the Republican "anti-gay agenda, secretly gay myself" sex scandals, the hypocrisy is just too much sometimes.
I have not seen the survey, but just knowing there IS a survey has my stomach all in knots thinking about the closeted soldiers who are having to deal with that right now. I'll have to look it up later today.

That article is hysterical. And yeah, I think conservative, (so-called) Christian straight men think about homosexual sex far more than homosexual men do. They (may or) may not practice it as much, but they seem to think about it a lot.
